About Teal House Gallery

Teal House Gallery (formerly SparkNet Art Hub & Gallery) is a contemporary art gallery and creative space based in Dublin city centre. Founded by artists, it exists for people who want to buy original art, or relax in our art hub where you will find art books and magazines, limited edition prints, and even grab a coffee.
We also run a series of art courses so you can learn how to make art, drop in to reconnect with creativity in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Artist-Founded, Artist-Run
Teal House Gallery was co-founded by artists Steve Bradbury and Olena Kasian.
Everything at Teal House is shaped by real, ongoing art practice. We understand what it’s like to start unsure, to experiment, to make mistakes, and to grow through doing. The gallery and education programme are built around that lived experience — practical, supportive, and grounded in making real work.
Our Story
In April 2025, we opened the doors as SparkNet Art Hub & Gallery.
The vision was simple: create a place where creativity could thrive. A space for artists, makers, young people, and anyone curious enough to try something new.
The original SparkNet idea was much bigger than a gallery. We imagined a creative hub inspired by the spirit of a Fab Lab — a place where traditional arts and crafts could sit alongside modern technology.

We dreamed of pottery classes with a kiln, 3D printers, laser cutters, design workshops, painting, sculpture, and creative education all under one roof.
That was the spark that started everything.
When we first developed the SparkNet concept, we hoped to get a larger space in Dún Laoghaire that would allow us to build exactly that kind of creative centre.
Life, however, had other plans.

We started running summer camps and workshops from Steve’s studio in Killiney. A great setting for our art classes but not great footfall for our gallery.

Instead, we found this beautiful building on South Anne Street in the heart of Dublin.
The space was different from what we originally imagined, but it had something special. It had character, history, and possibilities we hadn’t considered before.
So we decided to continue as SparkNet and adapt the vision. The gallery became the heart of the project while the creative hub remained part of our mission.
In late August 2025, we got the keys and did a 3-week initial renovation to get the doors open. We officially launched the SparkNet Art Hub & Gallery on Culture Night, 19th September 2025.

Over the last year, we’ve learned a lot.
We’ve met hundreds of artists, collectors, visitors, students, and supporters. We’ve hosted exhibitions, workshops, conversations, and creative experiments.
Most importantly, we’ve learned who we are.
Sometimes a name reflects where you’re starting. Other times, it reflects where you’re going.
As SparkNet evolved, we realised that the gallery itself had become something unique. The building, the exhibitions, the artists, and the atmosphere were creating an identity of their own.
Over a period of 8 days in June 2026, we’ve given the space a complete makeover. We’ve renovated, refreshed, redesigned, and carefully transformed every corner to create a gallery experience that truly reflects who we are today.
The answer was right in front of us all along.
Teal House Gallery.

So yes, we’re different.
And we know it.
What started as SparkNet has grown into Teal House Gallery.
To everyone who visited, exhibited, attended a workshop, purchased artwork, shared a post, or simply encouraged us along the way — thank you.
You helped shape this place.
We hope that if you liked SparkNet, you’ll love Teal House Gallery!
This is only the beginning.
Welcome to Teal House Gallery
